The artwork of visual representation of music were abstract head scratchers. The video projection room of musician playing like they were a historic recording session (Miles Davis Bitches Brew?) I enjoyed not thinking of what they were trying to evoke but just watching them mugging for the camera while in their own moment of making music.

Excellent tribute to six female pianists who have been role models for Davis. 2. Nicole Mitchell & Balllaké Sissoko, "Bamako Chicago Sound System." Very enjoyable mash-up of African and western instruments (+ vocals). Dr. J could play it at home without suffering repercussions.

The artwork of visual representation of music were abstract head scratchers. The video projection room of musician playing like they were a historic recording session (Miles Davis Bitches Brew?) I enjoyed not thinking of what they were trying to evoke but just watching them mugging for the camera while in their own moment of making music.

Excellent tribute to six female pianists who have been role models for Davis. 2. Nicole Mitchell & Balllaké Sissoko, "Bamako Chicago Sound System." Very enjoyable mash-up of African and western instruments (+ vocals). Dr. J could play it at home without suffering repercussions.
