My process is easy: I create a general theme + some leit motifs for each character or scene of the movies and then I improvise the rest live and go with the flow of the motion pictures. The pace is given by the movie itself - I consider it to be a giant score and I can paint it according to my will. Buster Keaton's films are the audience's favorites ! Harold Lloyd's are really kewl as well.
