	1:36pm Jeff Moore: We're about to start trying a huge jug of Costco "Kirkland Signature Ultra Clean Free & Clear", which comes highly recommended and seems reasonably priced. I keep wishing something dry and with very little packaging would work well, but as far as I can tell the dry sheets of detergent-y stuff SUCK OUT LOUD, and the good ol' powdered detergent is, to paraphrase Consumer Reports, "well... good for getting blood out!"

If you're on a desktop computer, I always strongly recommend an actual wired network connection. WiFi has so many possible ways it can find to be unreliable (including fighting with neighbors whose random configuration changes are out of your control), while good ol' ethernet cables for the most part JUST WORK.
