The tray method is a little better but if you cant water twice a day the seeds dry out and die. If you over water the sprouts spoil and get white mold. I tried small plastic containers with soil but if you can’t water em Every 12 hours they don’t Grow and some rot and spoil the rest of em! I’m going to try a different way
