Check out -all- of the records he made between 1967 and 1973, esp (since you dig the guitar stuff) Araca Azul and the 1969 s/t one

It was up on Portobello Road, just before the overpass, for those who know the area. The food was unspectacular, run by a Greek couple, I believe. Long gone now, of course.

He has passed away and it was nice to hear it. We were from Canonsburg, Pa and this song was once offered to Bobby Vinton from Canonsburg. Also Perry Como and the 4 coins were from there. Canonsburg has the most recordings come out of a small town American town. I have a couple myself. Thank you, Cal jr.
