the unknown listener:

Steve missed a few of his (admittedly many, many) notes from the original 95mph solo. While listening I was admiring how Sweet et al. got so close to the original solo, though! Now I know...

Jeffersonic:

With WFMU, just as you were laying down your most startling, impressive moves, you could suddenly find yourself faced with demented circus music, or the Happy Flowers wanting to watch cartoons or I don't know what-all...
  10:47pm
Jeffersonic:

I'm trying to say that I would agree that it's risky to have WFMU on when you're trying to practice some sort of romancin'...
  10:57pm
texas scott:

i love the leonheads with that evan dander

What was the "begin again" song a little after the von hayes "golden ted" song? By the way, the ad lib bit about the soap and blonde water nymph covers of dragging chains around is hysterical!! you guys are great!
  3:08pm
pseu:

Hi Sara -- I maybe mixed up the order there....I'm pretty sure you liked the song by Dan Bryk called "That Mistake Again".. great song!
  2:31pm
Oona:

The yes cover is nowhere near as good as the original and in fact doesn't add much stylistically. What was the point if they weren't going to really change it or add to it?
