Today's picture on top of plalist is from Jersey in the UK's Channel Islands. Guests today include activist / performance artist Reverend Billy (Talen) of The Church of Life After Shopping (formerly known as the Church of Stop Shopping) who performs with his group and choir at the Highline Ballroom on Sunday. Also in the house is DJ ALF (Maryland represent) and DJ Skizo (again visiting the US from Italy) both on the wheels of steel cutting and scratching live. Then there will be Cali based Japanese artist Shing02, DJ Icewater, and vocalist Emi Meyer doing a live 40 minute set. Also many iPod batteries sold online are rip-offs, so be careful, avoid sleazEbay. (Are there any MP3 players designed so that you can easily replace the battery yourself?)
