paul:

There are few bands I like more than the Gun Club (saw them once), Its odd that I was completely unaware of their last three albums until recently
(Pastoral hide and Seek, Divinity, & Lucky Jim). My college radio days lay before them I confess. Some good songs on those. Kid Congo was at Fort Reno Park gig (a DC thing) a few years ago with his Pink Monkey band.
  3:47pm
pierre:

thanks for the Gun Club
  3:47pm
T-Zero:

Like Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds -- Kid Congo made me think of them.

  4:45pm
Scott:

music behind me on that break is one full side of a Reader's Digest easy listening LP called "Love is Blue". As for the trailer for the FMU doc, it was briefly (accidentally) public, It's not ready, sorry (not that I have anything to do with it). It'll be back

  5:01pm
pierre:

isn't love already a feeling ?
  5:02pm
marq:

does Scott still have his beard? I think X-Ray was talking about him on Sunday. He said Scott told him he should shave his beard and then tattoo his clown face and grow the beard back or something like that. I have not seen any pics of X-Ray with his big ass beard but apparantly he has grown one hell of one. They were also talking about "bears" and mustache parades. People have said I look like a bear but I'm not gay. But if I were a gay man I would probably be a bear. I look more like a bear I guess now that I have my head shaved down quite short. Used to have long hair with beard but that is not the bear look. that would be grizzly adams look.
  5:10pm
Scott:

nah man, my beard's gone
  5:19pm
Handsome Harry:

This is so frickin' creepy. Love it.
  5:19pm
hubba:

I'm crying, this is so gorgeously f'd
  5:20pm
ADM:

Sounds like the Old Codger's having some intimacy issues. Good to see he's branching out!
  5:20pm
pierre:

"Toy+Porno+video+excerpts"
(this is going to be difficult to find on the internet)
  5:20pm
Marshall Stacks:

  5:21pm
BSI:

It's a good time to be alive.
  5:22pm
marq:

I saw the Coen brother's version of True Grit last night. I thought Jeff Bridges sounded just like the Old Codger often.
  5:23pm
hubba:

My stomach sounds like the Old Codger... hello(s) to all!
  5:23pm
pierre:

Cave live must be good
  5:25pm
hubba:

Alvarius B dropped into town last night and rearranged what I should expect from a live show... I was close to peeing my pants, but now I'm okay.
  5:26pm
Handsome Harry:

Those Frogs are The Frogs who hail from Milwaukee?
  5:26pm
BSI:

Not too familiar with these folk. Sounds like a reasonable land-bridge between Neu and Kinski...
  5:27pm
?:

  5:28pm
