Mr. Two-Arms:

Warm fuzzy feelings! Thanks WFMU & Yo La Tengo!
  9:19pm
david:

puppet - really sublime choice for a cover!
  9:19pm
seang:

the ustream is stopping and starting-maybe just me?
  9:20pm
wrosco:

happening for me too.
  9:21pm
other david:

this is beautiful
  9:21pm
keving:

I was having some trouble with the stream as well.
  9:21pm
Herminio Gomez:

Greetings from Natal/Brazil! Love Yo La Tengo!
  9:21pm
Mr. Two-Arms:

UStream not working too great here, either :(
  9:21pm
Matt from Springfield:

Cool, at least comments are open for this years!
  9:22pm
EastVanHalen:

This is too cool for words.
  9:22pm
conrad:

the ustream cuts out every 3 seconds for me
  9:22pm
some other guy:

damn, sure wish I could get the stream going without cutting out every 10 seconds. Guess I'll just have to listen to it like it is... radio. The sound is excellent this year.

Mr. Two-Arms:

Pledge Pledge Pledge! I spend more on coffee everyday, and I love WFMU WAY more than coffee!
  9:23pm
wrosco:

yea the sound is great. it just woulda been a treat to follow on video. these guys are the perfect band
  9:24pm
Matt from Springfield:

Yeah, the UStream isn't doing well this year--wasn't on at all two days ago for me, and the video keeps stalling here.

But I'm listening on the 128k, so the audio's fine. It's the philosophical question: video and audio synched but risking cutouts, or excellent audio behind the video.
  9:25pm
Wendy del Formaggio:

So nice to hear Pseu and Gaylord together again! And big thanks to Yo La Tengo for their generosity and talent. Love to everyone from the Green Mountain State.
  9:25pm
other david:

listen to the audio stream, get bits and pieces off the ustream

it's more than enough
  9:26pm
Mr. Two-Arms:

@Matt...I am doing 128 stream with occasional video.
  9:26pm

Perfect! "Be creative, be interesting, but don't be obscure" Bravo Gaylord, perfect instruction!

  9:29pm
Liz B.:

Sorry for the video hiccups, we tried dropping the resolution a bit and so it should be smoother now.
  9:30pm

I saw YLT in Pittsburgh this past fall, and the WFMU Wheel of Death landed on Dump..they played a full set of James DUMP stuff (mostly Prince covers) and it was absolutely fantastic!!

I will never be terribly popular, and here's one reason why: I am not in the slightest bit shy about expressing that if you listen to WFMU, but do not pledge your financial support of said institution, then I resent you. All the way live! However, if, conversely, you *do* give your heart out in pledge fashion, then I love you with reckless abandon, and if ever presented with an opportunity would surely hug you. I don't care who you are, or who might not be so willing to squeeze you like they mean it. Boy would I!! 1-800-989-9368 or wfmu.org
