I won't be here next weekend. I'll be attending the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale, MS (about an hour south of Memphis, TN, on Hwy 61). bands playing around the downtown areas all day, plus other events. Then at night you can buy a $15.00 wristband that is the cover for over a dozen clubs, and joints that will have live bands. No worries about driving.. buses are provided that travel between the clubs and motels.. It's one of the best fests of the year. So for anyone in the area next week check it out. People come from all over the world for this fest.. I got a friend coming from down under.
