I think the proper english word is "sensitivity", like when you get easily upset from a situation, or sentence.
I was just saying that because I told somebody something, and that person kind of shut down it's emotions. Therefore, the conversation can't really go through. But then again, it is maybe I that is being to sensitive.

"les" is just plural. That's a great song !
He indeed has a strong Quebec accent. :)
(I've recently earned that Quebec actually speak a pretty "pure" french has they use old french words, and tries to avoid english words)
