hi bryce! it was great! danced as much as i could, but some of those dances are pretty inscrutable. only survived until midnight after working in the kitchen all day. (i did food prep to get in for free.) would have been better if you were there!

I sit behind a pretty aggressive firewall at my clients site on Fridays. It sometimes really f@#ks with the audio stream. The thing I like about Bryce's show it that it sometimes takes me 30 minutes or more before I realize that I am listening to a completely garbled audio stream. I puased the Flash player and resumed it and now am having a completely different aural experience from the same song.

@Honey Water: the Heidsieck, actually. My older relatives were always talking to each other rapidfire in French or Hungarian. I was a kid--it was really confounding and seemed very rhythmic + musical.

French is a very musical language. Not sure about Hungarian, but supposedly Finnish is closely connected, and that I've heard a lot of. It's very monotone, almost opposite of any lilting language. :)
