	7:30pm Pnutz: My landlord didnt do some work properly and the connection to the pipes came apart. We woke up to a waterfall in our studio. I lost about 300 records, rane 57, traktor x1, portable turntable, all the shelving units and desks

	7:35pm Billy Jam: ah that is terrible - but everyone I know has had some fire or water damage their record collection at some point - for me it was all LPs letters R,S, and T - which I had to take out and dry before they stuck to the inner sleeves.....They still play but the jackets are all warped wavey :)
