Coincidentally, I'll be practicing "All of Me." Today is truly an amazing and serendipitous day.

I had ephedra herb(ma huang) in capsules,which is not available any more,thanks to our beloved government (pharmaceutical companies). I took 2-3 & lied down to either recover or die. i didn't die.
