Turning over the toy box and jamming together the gloriously mismatched musical Lincoln Logs, Legos and Tinker Toys from Tin Pan Alley pluggers, pickled egg tavern weepers, lockstep soul ensembles, skinny-tie power poppers, Eurotrash ravers, moontanned art school rockers, drunken soccer anthems and anything else that seems like a good idea at the time. There are no guilty pleasures.

That said, mushrooms sauteed in butter, beef tallow, thyme & a wee bit of cumin seed are the *bomb*. Gouda has been grated.
Currently slow-steaming minced broccoli florets & hunks of kale, and toasting hazelnuts. Dang this lunch is labor intensive!
@pss - I sent Mozilla a thank you tweet, and they very kindly replied :-)

@Alex - recipes are floating around the net for - wait for it - fried avocados!! The recipes I've seen use either cornflakes or panko for coating , as a non-grain eater I've been thinking about trying with some sort of ground nut coating...

Ivo Baldoni, in Menomonie Falls does not play Bandonian, but he repairs them along with any other type of squeeze box. So me might know.
Also Dr. Helmi Herrington of the World Accordion Museum up in Superior Wisconsin might know too. I know her focus is accordions, but she might know about Bandoneanists as well.

Gonna have to work hard to make @βrian's-inspired salmon salad as perfect as this.

Plain are great. Smoked paprika even better. Dried coconut and curry spices best! Only problem is the chips loss crunch if you look at them funny, so only make what you'll eat in 1 sitting. Which is more than you think...
