I think a good Bea Arthur sandwich would be a huge portion of turkey breast covered with sauerkraut, with sliced celery on top, some beefsteak tomato slices on rye bread.

Ike:

The last time I tried to stream WNYU (admittedly quite a while ago), the stream kept skipping/clicking. WPRB used to have a lot of streaming problems too, before Mike Lupica went back over there and helped straighten that out. All this makes me appreciate WFMU's perpetually *very* reliable streams even more.

Roof and the 5 Tops:

Grooving over here, riverside. The breeze flows smooth, looking at the moon. Nice show to you.
  8:32pm

Yeah WNYU comes in clearly via FM on the UES (one of the few benefits to that drag of an area, where I often must go for professional reasons) but mid-Brooklyn is much trickier. So I stick mostly to FMU instead! And why wouldn't I, w/excellent shows like this one?
  8:42pm
Phillip In Brookkyn:

Sometimes I still listen to the 4:30 to 7 "new afternoon show"
