Hi Dennis - Is that Randell Kirsch playing in the hat back there?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:32am
Ken From Hyde Park:

My daugter & I made a costume that copied one she saw at a party the week before. She fit a cardboard box around her middle with a stuffed jacket and a mask head on her back. So it looked like a ghoul was carrying her dismembered torso. She got lots of compliments from people.

Haha, i keep hearing Holly Jean-Vincent. All apologies (Nirvana?) to the Alex author. I read the book, and learned what a sensitive person Alex was. And a true rocker; i knew he was a punk. I intro'd myself to him outside Maxwell's, 1986ish when he was with Rene Coman & Doug Garrison. Lovely show

The book showed some friction between him and father, while i always assumed they were close (since father was in the arts). Interesting. Can you talk more? (Thx for doing the book, such a great read)

Michael, you've confused Jerry Lewis, the comedian, with Jerry Lee Lewis, the singer and pianist, in your last statement. It's Jerry Lewis' records you'd bring to that desert island.

There's the infamous incident when Jerry Lewis was upset about having Danny Thomas close a particular show instead of him, so to conclude his own set, Jerry lit a rubber chicken on fire, yelling to Danny, "Burn this, A-rab!"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:26pm
