	👻 11:14am Brian in UK: Not sure what collards are but if they are like cabbage; garlic, rosemary & pancetta fried in olive oil; add torn up cabbage, later peas and vegetable stock. Cook for ten minutes or so. Add large knob of butter.
	11:15am βrian: I prefer simple steaming for collards or a sauté that's been started with piles of minced ginger. Lime-tamari sauce with toasted sesame oil.
