i was listening to radio boredcast last friday and didn't see the info to a track i really dug, playing c.7:50 pm. i guess that's Vicky's thing, but it was your voice shortly before it. i listened for (well)over an hour more- even when i wanted to do something else! but there was no back-announce in sight. (it was right before "flight of fancy" by Stephan Dillemuth.) is there any way??
(...it was an instrumental,i believe; and very percussive with clanging things that sounded like pipes and pans and such.)

Sounds like maybe it was the last piece of my shift? (Just because I didn't return to the mic.) Here's the playlist: wfmu.org...

in fact, flight of fancy was followed by 5-6 tracks that didn't flow together very well; followed by over an hour of a Laurie Anderson "talk" (about basically nothing)
...'seems pretty random!
- i'm letting this go for now!

I thought this Internet thing was supposed to guarantee perfect information forever.

"2016" has a nice ring -- sounds better than "2015" ... so we're off to a good start.

Tasty Japanese riffs from the 80s

Rhythm Plague was Nels Cline, Wayne Peet, & Steuart Liebig (aka "Steubig") ... plus others, sometimes, I guess...

Like "how much is this cassette?"
"Is that coming from me or the radio?"
"Do you like horn rock"?

Sorry not to forewarn you about the abrupt ending of that last tape -- that's just the way it is.
Thanks for showing up ... and see you all next week!
