Being awake takes a little more effort than falling asleep early on a Friday night, but i was offered an exclusive invite to a campfire. Only an idiot would turn down a campfire.

I'll still smell like smoke when i get to the archives on Monday.

'85 was a year when Wax Trax was my record store and Al Jourgensen was someone I never saw there, but taped under the counter was a polaroid of Al with William Burroughs taken just down the road from my recent home in Kansas. This amused me.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:03pm
Uncle Michael:

I have no idea when Al last haunted the store...he still did then. I just never saw him. I imagine sometime later that photo probably did escape. Later on, I declined opportunities to go to the house on which's porch that photo was taken. Burroughs' social circle and mine had only the slightest overlap. I could have tagged along when a friend went to some of the backyard jams there but I'm not much of a rubbernecker.

In college, I used Merzbow to clear the club. In NYC I used Mariah Carey.

I think most of us are intrigued by music that instills the sensation of "fear". We can usually experience in a positive way.... (except nu-kuntry [ ie:Florida-Georgia line, I've heard that so much down here in FL)
