Mayor, the viaduct is still there. The mud tunnel is done but they have to put stuff in it, like a road etc. Then the viaduct goes down. A couple of years or so or next century, whichever works best.

Mayor, the rock was in front of the Police Administration Building, if I remember right. It's mentioned in this book https://www.amazon.com/Cop-Who-Would-King-Honorable/dp/0316095214 as an example of Hizzoner's opinion of set-aside art.

They introduced me to Barbecue Bob, Son House, Martin Carthy, Son Ford Thomas (his promo "what is this number is again? WXPN, Philadelphia." I still have an air check cassette of the Blues Show with Howlin' Wolf, Pigmeat Terry, Barbecue Bob, Leadbelly, Mooch Richardson.
