It was on the Shrek soundtrack (it was a cover version actually) and I would jump up and down and sing along 20 times in a row if no one yanked it off. My cousin thought it was a "bad" song because of the "damn" so she would try and switch it to the Smash Mouth cover of I'm a Believer that was on that album, and we'd fight over it.

When that came out, I was getting way into Phil Spector, Northern Soul, Scott Walker along with all the rap and dance music I was already playing. It came along at the perfect time. So Tough is a masterpiece as well. True tastemakers they are.
