Hey Rich! So the “for the eyes” this week… Is it just the new stuff on that website? Because it’s a pile of bugs right now. Wonder what it will be like later? And here is the link as a link: www.photo.net...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:10am

my secondmost consumed fruit is probably avocado, but i must have 3-4 lemons for every 1 avocado...and often eat avocado with lemon.

@zopa I hear you.

Greg from ZONE 5:

Evening, Rich and all!
  12:12am
rw:

I wish I had more uses for them. Bananas and pineapple seem to be the preferred fruits around here. I was thinking about making lemon bars this weekend but I don't really want all the sugar. Some of those bugs are in 3D if you've got the red/blue glasses (which I don't).
  12:14am
rw:

I DO however have a scratch-n-sniff card from the movie Polyester. It's one of my more prized possessions.
  12:15am
JakeGould:

I really like lemons. Here are people eating lemons… Just straight eating them. Yeah! Look at them! www.google.com...
Avatar 12:15am

@rw no need for 3D for me thanks....

rw i put lemon juice in salad and on rice - 2 things i eat a great deal of; and sometimes i drink fresh lemon juice with water. maybe i should live in ca
Avatar 12:16am
Scraps:

Ah, jeez. I was going to lie down and listen again, not participate in talking (and therefore sitting up) — and you played Herbie Nichols.

Cheers.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:18am
coelacanth∅:

rw that's great! so many times i've wished i'd kept mine. i threw it out soon after seeing the movie because it smelled so bad!
  12:20am
rw:

I haven't scratched it in years but I'm sure mine's long since lost it's scent. Lemon juice does make good salad dressing. Rice?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:21am
coelacanth∅:

damn, i started to do a photo series of people biting into lemon and got sidetracked - before the world wide web. i guess there's no point now.
Avatar 12:21am
Scraps:

Scratch’n’sniff cards with a director who was fond of shit.... no, I didn’t keep mine, either
  12:21am
rich:

why are all the people eating lemons toddlers? do parents really hate their kids that much?
Avatar 12:22am
Scraps:

They’re not parents, they’re psychologists
  12:22am
JakeGould:

People are mean to kids. I learned that by being a kid once and watching Little Rascals shorts.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:23am
coelacanth∅:

because it's a new flavor to them. most adults wouldn't be as interesting. (and they were probably forced to eat it by a random stranger in a dark alley)
  12:24am
rich:

when i worked at waldenbooks they had a scratch n sniff garfield book that had a scratchable skunk. i'm sure the people responsible for that book fed their kids lemons.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:27am
coelacanth∅:

rw -rice (whole, short grain) with lemon and ume vinegar, raw garlic and flax seed oil. so so good! i sometimes have it with rice vinegar instead of lemon and sometimes throw other things in, like chick peas or cashews.

You mean Jim Davis? He’s responsible for a whole generation despising newspaper comics

and cats...
  12:30am
JakeGould:

I envy Jim Davis for creating an asshole cat that the world loves despite his nastiness. Compared to tons of other merchandisable characters, Garfield is pretty amazing… Except for Japan where they have crazy mascots. I mean look at these things! twitter.com...

coel, there's a store a few miles from here that has over 20 kinds of sesame oil. I'll bet they've got a bottle or two. I just finished building a bicycle. That'll be a good destination for it this weekend.

What's that other cat that looks kind of like Garfield? The cartoonist made pretty racy comics.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:45am

hmm, 20 kinds of sesame oil...yeah, i should relocate.
- i buy my damn ume vinegar and toasted sesame oil online because the stores around here are so ill equipped.
