Favoriting Brian Turner: Playlist from March 13, 2018 Favoriting

Order and disorder in a freeform haze of terribly-played guitars, shorted-out electronics, found audio detritus, strange sounds from strange lands all around. Psych-punk-junk, collage, even pop. Lots of in-studio live performances to boot.

On 91.1 FM, there was a very very brief cut-out in the sound while Fabio was talking just now. Maybe half a second or less. Was it his mic or the FM signal, I wonder?

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:31pm
The Oscar:

I've posted this around here before, but I caught one of the Butthole reunion shows maybe ten years ago. The set got cut short maybe halfway through when Gibby threw a beer bottle at the sound guy and got escorted off stage by security. As the crowd devolved into chaos, an older woman sauntered onstage and tried to get everyone to calm down. I didn't realize until reading about it later that that was Genesis P-Orridge!

Sparks - masters of the coda. Totally unmatched . See 'talent is an asset' or 'achoo' ...

hell, 'achoo' gets high marks for being the best musical application of the sneeze in human history.
