It is produced by David Weinstein and Outpost Artists Resources operating out of the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY, where you'll find more yellow bricks than on the road to Oz and the cemetery of your choice is never more than a few blocks from home.

I have enough trouble going from Mexi-Spanish to Castillian Spanish, then there is Portuguese..., Sicilian Italian is easier for me to understand then Tuscan. French, my brain categorizes it as a total different language group even though I know they are all Romance languages (forget about Romanian).

oh, ngh. I'm blanking. Is it this: The Harbour Symphony was conceived for the first Sound Symposium in 1983 by Newfoundland-based architect Joe Carter. He enlisted musician Paul Steffler to write a series of compositions for ships’ horns.
