	10:51pm Matt from New Orleans: I went and visited him in college in the summer in the late 90s. It was pretty boring and hot. The only cool thing we did was driving out to Carlsbad Caverns which had some excellent natural air conditioning.

	11:00pm northguineahills: @Kris: when things go back to normal, try the drive to Monterrey (I believe it's about 4-5 hours, my wife used to go to SA from there for shows when she was in uni). It's like TX, but nicer, and the cartel problem disappeared 7 years ago. Found some many good rekkids there, and there are some cool clubs that attract decent bands and djs (myself, notwithstanding). (most people speak English).
