	8:27pm slugluv1313: @ Krull -- Akhnaten! composed in 1983, but recently at The Metropolitan Opera House -- and yeah, i missed that too (unemployed, so much is NOT on the budget!) but pre-COVID, i got the news that The Met would be bringing back that production -- WHEN, however, remains to be seen

I think of it as one of the most purely Philip Glass things Philip Glass has ever done. Or at least: it nicely epitomized his original style, his minimalist style, as well as anything he wrote in those years.
