I recently read "I Hear You Paint Houses," the non-fiction book about Frank Sheeran which became the Scorsese/DeNiro/Pesce/Pacino movie "The Irishman." He lays out pretty clearly who (to his knowledge) was behind the JFK assassination.

Pizza gets a bad rap if you ask me Suzy. Cheese is a good source of calcium, tomatoes are a good source of antioxidants and lycopene, and I'm sure there's some fiber in the crust. And if you wash it down with beer, I'm willing to bet that the hops and barley also have some nutritional benefit.

When I was living in Auckland (not Oakland) there was no place to get anything close to a bagel. A cafe called The Chicago Bagel Bakery opened. I was reluctant to try it, until someone commented to me that their bagels were terrible. They were heavy and chewy. That sounded like a bagel! They were real bagels indeed. Not great, but they were actual bagels. First in New Zealand.
