House band during Jimmy O'Neill's time was The Fencemen, Leon Russell, David Gates and Chuck Blackwell. They made two records and Billy Strange plays fuzz on "Sunday Stranger"... then those guys went on to become part of the Shindig band (not Gates but the people who jammed with The Fencemen at Pandora's Box...)
