i've seen susan alcorn twice (played on the same bill as her once at abc no rio of all places), but have yet to see mary halvorson live, i'm still not sure how that has happened, as matt mottel used to play w/ her on occasion, and i rarely miss him live.

And yes I am filling out the same set of paperwork and scanning it for the third time because this guy has 3 offices, and nobody knows WTF anything ever gets put. This is stuff that should have been settled this time last year. Now we're literally down to the wire on getting Mom's 2022 taxes out the door. Sigh. At least my walk to the post office was very nice today!

i'm dealing w/ my mother's and father's finances together. father can't sell the house b/c his bank will only allow $160k in his bank account, and then he's having problems getting power of attorney of my mom's (they're still married). trying to find a memory care facility for her and how to afford it. might try to get my brother to get power of attorney to hold on to sell of the house) [this was my last weekend w/ my brothers, outside of the soccer game]/

the house is paid for (has been so for 23 years, now). We can't seem to find a way to transfer funds in a way so that we can pay for a decent memory care center for my mother. the capital is all there. My brother's mother-in-law is FL estate lawyer, and... FL law doesn't make it easy (not is B of America)

Me too, my mom had dementia before she passed.
Again, don't have personal experience, but then idea of a reverse mortgage is you get a monthly payment against the value of the house, until you go through its value. Steady cash if it's needed.

yeah, i took a course on fl real estate when I was bored back in 2017. it might be the best course of action, even though you lose the existing value of the property due percentage that the institution will take as the payment for implementing the structure, but, it's a better solution then we have now.. thanks!
