	6:23am dale: love the raga-ish of this amon duul. i have a bunch of early popul vuh on vinyl that this reminds me of. actually if you played this at 16rpm it would sound like popul vuh. do turntables still come with a 16rpm speed?

	6:25am Joe: We've got these great tables at the station that do any speed, Dale! But yeah, I think Neu! actually did a whole album side at 78 rpm or 16 or some such thing--maybe "Neu! 2"?
	6:33am dale: i think the 16s were only spoken transcription discs. they're probably all molding away in small-town schools or in the library of congress now.

	7:54am dale: i stopped buying records a while ago. I moved them from my attic to the garage and when I realized I had an entire pickup truck bed filled with standing discs I decided to stop. especially when i saw that i had three copies of the smothers bros live at the green onion.
	7:57am Joe: I admire your ability to control your addiction! I agree that the Smothers Brothers x3 is a bad sign, indeed. I'm a little worried, but it hasn't reached that point....yet.
