Hey all.
It's a sunny and warm day in Mississippi. Gotta get my garden ready for planting.
Great show so far..
I'll get to the garden later.
  3:52pm Michael K.:

OMG I ♥ Ceremony! I heard they might be on your show live?
  4:03pm Steve-O:

Hey Terre, glad I caught you at a better time today! Tuning in right now, in fact. =)
  4:04pm Steve-O:

@Paulie: Ah, no problem. Enjoying the show I hope? =)
  4:09pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

Can't find Diamond? 43 Franklin St (between Quay St & Calyer St) Brooklyn,
  4:10pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

I'm non-violent, Paulie...
  4:10pm Les:

You are right. Goffrier was the guitarist but not the singer for The Embarrassment!
  4:11pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

I just might want to see what Paulie can do on the turntables...
  4:14pm breguelesque:

Loved that feedtime tune. Going to go see 'em in Minneapolis tonight. Bitchin'
  4:19pm eddy:

FYI: Red Kross - along with The Sonics and a bunch of others - are about to play a big festival in Australia, curated by the Hoodoo Gurus, to celebrate that band's 30th anniversary: http://messandnoise.com/news/4445361
  4:24pm avant reguardd:

great track oh yeah bring it onnnn
  4:27pm David Shortell:

I heard Pop. 1280 is playing tonight at "Shea Stadium" (20 Meadow St, Brooklyn, NY).
  4:28pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

I cannot believe how good the Cramps still sound after all these years!
  4:30pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

...and I cannot how good this new Siberians song is!
  4:31pm Steve-O:

Lovin' the music, Terre, keep the hits coming! =)
  4:31pm Ignore Function:

That "Scream" song was awesome
Avatar 4:31pm AP Paulie B:

@Jumpy: Are you the singer from EMF? Because everything is unbelievable!
  4:33pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

Paulie: the reference is lost on me...
  4:36pm hops:

nice mix this weekend Terre
Avatar 4:36pm AP Paulie B:

@Jumpy: That's probably a good thing.
  4:38pm Trivia:

Remember the song "You're Unbelievable" by the band EMF, about 1990? That's the reference, tied in to your 4:28 & 4:30 comments...
  4:39pm Ignore Function:

The BRAND new Hussy album is out soon. Or maybe already.
  4:41pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

Never heard of 'em. Too busy with the Cramps and other good bands.
  4:43pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

Not Charles of Headquarters.
4:46pm Adam in Portland and Lynnwood:

Cherry Blossom Clinic: what a perfect way to cap off a remarkable week! :-) Saw feedtime (great guys to talk with and finally get a chance to hear live. Can't wait to hear them again on BT's show.), witnessed a truly blistering live set by Nashville's own Heavy Cream (a bit of Avengers, a bit of Ramones, a bit of Runaways, and a bit of Girlschool for good measure. One of the best current live bands going, in my opinion), and now the brilliance of Terre T.'s selecting. Gets no better.
  4:50pm Ignore Function:

What if the band is called "What Tickets Ya Got?"
  4:51pm David Shortell:

According to the above link, the Pop. 1280 show is definitely tonight.
Avatar 4:52pm AP Paulie B:

@Ignore Function: Don't be a wisenheimer.
  4:56pm Ignore Function:

I'm just jealous I won't make any of those shows.
Avatar 5:16pm AP Paulie B:

@David S: My apologies. We'll try to correct our mistake next time we're on mic.
  5:19pm patrick:

Terry, Destroy all monsters also had Mike Kelley in the band, who very tragically took his own life in February. not to make this tribute set anymore morbid but thought i should point that out. http://www.gagosian.com/artists/mike-kelley/
  5:21pm Steve-O:

@Adam: Terre's show has always been one of my favorites. Her 9-14-01 episode was my very first, btw, back in late 2010. =)
  5:26pm Michael K.:

sounds like a new bumper your crack song staff could create substituting Valerie w/ Terre T.....just sayin'
5:27pm Adam in Portland and Lynnwood:

Hey, Steve-O, I'll have to check that one out, to honor your kind check-in. I have only been listening for about 4 years now, but, yes, she does a fantastic job! :-)

Have you heard Heavy Cream yet? It is a phenomenal live band. I had a great time talking with Jessica (the band's lead singer) about how much we both love Gary the Squirrel. Hahaha. Now I *really* know they're great people. :-))
  5:31pm Steve-O:

@Adam: Thanks, man! Not sure if I've ever heard of Heavy Cream but I'll try to check 'em out sometime. =)
  5:32pm Steve-O:

(P.S., Terre, I absolutely loved the George Harrison song!) =)
  5:40pm caver_mike:

Pc term: "Stature-challenged"
  5:42pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

Am I missing anything being ignorant of EMF?
  5:44pm Ignore Function:

EMF was no Jesus Jones
  5:44pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

@Paulie, for Shea Stadium and Diamond, B43 bus takes ya from point A to point B.
  5:47pm vanya:

what does nikki sudden sing now in the beginning of the verse? "he was an author"?
  5:57pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

Unbelievable how good "Don't Waste My Time Is"!
  5:58pm marika:

thanks for playing this brigitte bardot's "contact". i know now where wooden shjips' "contact" came from...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzGRs-xUAI0
  5:58pm Michael K.:

@Paulie y @jumpy : I actually like the emf song & bought the cd for 1 dollar for that one song and of course the rest of it is garbage but still a good single, considering the time period...
  5:59pm Steve-O:

@Jumpy: Yep! So true.
  5:59pm vanya:

and i love the jingles most!
