Popular belief at the time. Imagine harvesting all of that cheese if the moon was really made of cheese. When the astronauts arrived they dug into the moon only to find dirt and rock. No cheese. But yet again they were not on the dark side of the moon.

	5:51pm Parq: The flip side of nowadays is that there are some shows -- Parks and Rec comes to mind right off the bat -- that get along with no laugh track or studio audience at all. Kind of gratifying to those of us who remember when Tony Randall and Jack Klugman had to plead with ABC to let them do one episode that way.

	🧩 5:54pm Ike: Sadly, @Parq, Parks & Rec (and Community) gets very dismal ratings and has somehow nonetheless survived anyway, perhaps due to demographics or the political power of Lorne Michaels within NBC, or more likely because NBC is pathetic and simply didn't have anything else. Great show, though it suffered severe growing pains. (Y'all should Netflix it, but skip straight to season 2!)

Popular belief at the time. Imagine harvesting all of that cheese if the moon was really made of cheese. When the astronauts arrived they dug into the moon only to find dirt and rock. No cheese. But yet again they were not on the dark side of the moon.
