	10:59am Phillippe Bastille: @Hubig@sphere we bought a house that had been vacant for about 6 months and before that it was occupied by a late 80s/early 90s woman who liked to garden, plant trees and shrubbery, etc. so the entire 1/2 acre+ lot was totally out of control. I tried to get it into shape myself but it was too big of a job for me. We hired a team of guys to clear stuff out so I'd at least have a cleaned-up yard to deal with. Its taken 4 guys 4 days and they aren't done yet. The language barrier is a problem. We had a spindly magnolia growing amongst shrubs and other trees that we wanted to give some room to. Landscaper cleared out a about a six foot radius around the tree. Then cut down the tree... Language barriers... (sigh...)

	10:59am Phillippe Bastille: @Hubig@sphere we bought a house that had been vacant for about 6 months and before that it was occupied by a late 80s/early 90s woman who liked to garden, plant trees and shrubbery, etc. so the entire 1/2 acre+ lot was totally out of control. I tried to get it into shape myself but it was too big of a job for me. We hired a team of guys to clear stuff out so I'd at least have a cleaned-up yard to deal with. Its taken 4 guys 4 days and they aren't done yet. The language barrier is a problem. We had a spindly magnolia growing amongst shrubs and other trees that we wanted to give some room to. Landscaper cleared out a about a six foot radius around the tree. Then cut down the tree... Language barriers... (sigh...)
