Bless you for playing this Jack Wilkins. It and Bill Evans' "Peace Piece" were two works played on radio that I vividly recall urging me to pay more attention to jazz. (In fact, the radio station played Wilkins' take on "Red Clay.") I promptly ran to the record store where I was working c.'79 and special ordered this album. Still have it, along with additional stuff by Wilkins. A killer album.
